In response to the disruptions many businesses are experiencing as a result of the current global pandemic, Facebook is hoping that a little financial support can go a long way.

FB is offering $100 million in cash grants and ad credits to help small business owners during this challenging time. Facebook is hoping this money can help you retain your workforce, help with the cost of rent, cover some operational costs, and help you connect more with customers.

FB says that up to 30,000 small businesses will be eligible to receive a grant or ad credits. To qualify, you need to be a for-profit company, have between 2 and 50 employees, have been in business for over one year, have experienced challenges from this global pandemic, and be in or near a location where Facebook operates.

The platform is offering a $4,000 grant for the recipients in the US ($2,500 cash, $1,500 in optional ads credits) to help during this challenging time. To apply before the deadline of May 6, 2020 at 11:59 PM, please visit https://apply.facebook.ureeka.biz/prog/facebook_smb_3/.
